These muffins brought me so much joy and love when I was recovering from surgery. I looked forward to having one every morning with my coffee and they reminded me of the special ladies who prepared them for me. The pumpkin is soft and creamy not overpowering and the chocolate chips make it a special treat. So good warm or dipped in coffee… yum!!
